Thanksgiving on Saturday!

Since we will be traveling Thanksgiving we decided to have it on Saturday!
Getting ready for a good meal!
My plate. Can you tell by the gravy?

Baxter decided to have more potatoes instead of a second helping of dessert!
Everyone wiped out after a delicious meal!

BYU UTAH GAME!!!!!!

Since we do not get any of the games on TV we went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Which is kind of a sports bar. We called ahead and asked if they would but the game on one of the TV's. They kindly obliged. I think they were sadly disappointed when out of the 20 or so that were there not one of them ordered a beer. The night ended sadly as there were no Ute fans! Notice the missionaries in the back they got permission to come see the game.

Jazz Concert

Baxter had a Jazz Band performance today. He has become quite the sax player. He has even considered changing but his dad almost had a heart attack. So for now I think he will only play sax in Jazz band.

Worth a look!!

I know I  have mentioned this site before but another video was added that is definately worth seeing. If you don't do anything but this today it will be worth it. I started watching it this morning and by the time I was done all of my kids were gathered around. We then had a great talk about how amazing this was. Definitely worth a look!!!

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 3!!!!!!!!

We finally saw HSM3 today. It was hard to wait this long. In fact my eldest couldn't wait and by the time that we saw it as a family today he had already seen it twice. So that made it a grand total of 3 and I am sure that is not the end. That does not include the times after we buy it. I have to say that I thought they did a great job. This is the Grease of this generation. Disney did it again!!!!!

River Bend

Brian and I got to go on a field trip with Cassie this week. Yes she is spoiled and the last child. None of the other children got both mom and dad. Oh the joy of being the last child!

We were making a plaster mold of an animal track.
This is Cassie's 2nd grade class.
This was in a nature preserve about 20 minutes from our house. It was quite gorgeous and I think we need to come back with the whole family. All of the other kids went in the spring and they got to tap a maple tree and then eat the maple syrup. Yummy!!!!
