A visit from Uncle Mikey!

The marina in Kenosha. There were some huge boats!
The girls had quite the fun day with Mike. The boys and Brian are at scout camp so the girls had mike all to themself. We drove up to Milwaukee and saw Miller stadium. Then spent a few hours in the art museum. Then we drove back to Kenosha and went down to check out lake Michigan. The sad part was he was only here for one day! He and Tami definately need to come and spend more time!!
Check out that sail boat!
The girls had a blast climbing on the rocks!

Graduation Day!

Wow it is now summertime how this last year did fly! This is a big year for Baxter he is leaving middle school to go onto that big scary place (at least to mom) that they call high school! He is very excited and a little nervous. He is not going to one of the home schools as they call them. He will be going to a charter school that is funded my the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation. It is small and will only have 400 kids. The sad part for Baxter is that he will not be going to school with all of the friends that he made at Mahone. Out of the 6 kids in the pictures he will only be going to school with 2 of them. He will have the fun of making new friends. The top picture is Baxter, Nathan Stearman, Dale, Adrian, Chris Seivert, and Shelby (who will be going to harborside with Baxter). The second picture is Nathan again, Julia (who will go to harbor side) and Jessie who is on a waiting list to get into Harborside. Man I can't believe I am old enough to have a child in High school. I can feel the gray hair coming!
