Boy did we have a fun COLD day!!!

Last night I was complaining about some stomach pain I had been having for 2 days. Since it was late I decided to just go to bed. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and doubled over in pain. So I just went back to bed. Finally around ten I was awake enough to stumble out of bed. Epiploic appendagitis is thought to occur as a result of spontaneous torsion, ischemia, or inflammation of an epiploic appendage of the colon. The condition presents with acute abdominal pain that can mimic appendicitis.

They sent me home with 2 different antibiotics and Vicodin and the Dr.said you need to control your pain. The nurse was a little more helpful and at least told me I need to get ahold of my Dr and let her refer me to a surgeon. 

So now I am going to go lay on the couch and enter la la land!!!!
