CHRISTMAS!!!!!!

Anxiously waiting to come down the stairs. We had to wake the girls up at seven. The boys had been up since six. Trying to be patient and not being very successful! I have to admit I had a hard time kindof staying in bed that long!
Baxter made a bed for Cassie's American Girl doll. As you can see by her face she loved it.
Ben made Mari a very cute Jewelry box!
As you can guess we also got rock band for christmas. That is what everyone has been doing all day!
Baxter Bruner on guitar!!
Bennett Bruner on drums!!
Presenting the newly formed band BMB!
We had a hard time getting Baxter off the guitar!
I even joined the fun. Brian has video of me singing that will never be released!!!
Over all it has been an awesome day!!!!

Playing in the snow!!

It finally got warm enough to play outside in the snow so everyone took advantage of that!
The boys digging a snow cave out in the snow pile that the plows leave in front of our house.

Meet Crystal who will be alive for only Christmas!
After it was all over they came inside to enjoy mom's hot chocolate.

I don't really have a top 10 songs that I like. So I will list my top 5 singers. In no particular order.

1. Carpenters
2. Johnny Mathis
3. Celine Dion
4. Harry Connick Jr
5. Amy Grant

Now for my dislikes

1. Trans-Siberian Orchestra
2. Most Pop singers (They just need to stick to what they know and that is not Christmas)
3. Same goes for country singers
4. Korean Boys Choir (especially singing Deck the Halls)
5. Most of the people who try to come up with new songs. I love the oldies!!!!

So here is my list. I do have to say that I would start listening to Christmas music well not actually stop if my family did not protest. Most of the season when ever Baxter has gotten in the car he would plug in his Ipod and there went my Christmas music. Today I put my foot down and said, "I don't care what you think only Christmas music will be allowed this week!!!)
SO THERE!!!!!!!

Decorating Christmas Cookies!!

We weren't suppose to decorate cookies till tomorrow. But when Brian and I were still away for the weekend we got a message that they were canceling church. So we came home and started making christmas goodies! It is -4 and with the windchill -30. Needless to say it is cold!

We had many interesting cookies!
This was the Dr Seuss (Grinch) cookie.
This is Baxter's marathon cookie.
This is Mari's ketchup and mustard fight.
There were many more but this is all we could show.

2 posts in 1!

Wed was Baxter's Christmas Concert. He came home that day and informed me that he needed to dress all in black. So off the the store we went in search of black shirt. I have to say that I think he looks quite handsome. He also admits that. He even said that he got a few positive comments at school the next day.

Of course the last day of school is a snow day that nobody wanted. This is what we woke up to. When I went to bed last night it wasn't even snowing. The bad thing which you can't really see in the picture is that it is still snowing. Baxter is trying his hardest to get us dug out! Then he wants to go do a friends of his whose mom is out of town. What a kid!!!
Oh ya by the way Brian should be flying in in the next few hours. I have a feeling we won't be seeing him any time soon!
You gotta love Wisconsin!

Day 6 Hollywood Studios for the last time!

They were performing songs from the HSM3. Mari actually got to go up and dance but Brian didn't get a picture of that because he was video taping it.
Doesn't Baxter just looked thrilled to be having his picture taken? These also were shirts #6. I had run out of Ideas so everyone got to choose their own. Cassie had Cinderella, Mari Belle, Bennett Tower of Terror, Baxter Rock'n Roller Coaster, Brian and Autumn a little Mickey on the pocket, and I just had a blue shirt. Yes I am boring!
My "Incredible" GUYS!!!
This was Autumn being a Movie star. They were filming and her ship was sinking and she just got blasted with water. It was pretty cool. She did get wet however!
Waiting in line at the new Toy Story ride which was lots of fun. We were bummed that we only got to go once. We had a fast pass so we only had to wait in line 15 minutes. The stand by line was over 90 minutes which is why we did not go agian! Maybe next time.
Ben being Ben!
This was Brian's turn to be a star. He got to be an extra in the Indiana Jones show. Pretty cool!
Two years ago when we went to Disney we kept getting Magic Fast Passes. This year we just kept getting these. We had to take them to the front of the line so they could tell how long the wait was!
Ben waited all week for this and finally got a turkey leg for dinner on the last day. This is the conclusion of our vacation. We had a total blast and can't wait to go again. Brian informed me that we have been home for 18 days. I am waiting for him to start planning for the next one. Maybe he'll start after christmas!!!

Day 5 Magic Kingdom again! Our favorite!

One of the million of pictures that Brian took of the castle with no one in it! That has to be his favorite thing to do.
Posing with Stitch! He gave them a hard time for not having a stitch pin. This is also Shirt #5.
How many glasses can Cassie wear?
For some reason the kids all loved riding the people mover!
One last picture before we left!

You Are the Furthest Thing From A Grinch

You love and live for the holidays. You even love the Grinch!

You're in the holiday spirit year round... because you're all about celebrating and giving.

Day 4 Animal Kingdom!

These were are Mickey T-shirts #4. However it was chilly that day so we mostly kept our sweat shirts on. I am crazy enough that I told Brian that next time I am making sure that everyone has the same sweatshirt. Yes I am insane!
Primeval twirl. Our first ride at Animal Kingdom. No I am not picking my nose even though that is what it looks like. I have had a few questions about who went with us. It was Autumn Brian's sister. She has gone with us every year.
Dino versions of Dumbo.
This was the Dinosaur ride. Ben looks like he is about to wet his pants.
Baxter sporting his Bugs life glasses.
The best ride at Animal Kingdom. Everest!
I made everyone take off their sweatshirts so we would look alike.

Everest take 2.
Dinosaur take 2.
This is our traditional eating of ice cream. There are 8 scoops of ice cream, 8 toppings. We take a bite then turn it. So you never know what you are going to get next.
As you can tell it doesn't take long to finish this off.
